Today I want to talk about the Myoballs and these are great for upper extremity dysfunction and pain. These are two different levels. We have a more softer comfort level. The balls are going to be a little softer and on this side, the balls are a little more firm. They’re more dense and so it’s going to give you a lot deeper stretch and massage when using it. This is great for athletes. It’s going to be really good for golfers, for medial epicondylitis, so that’s going to be golfer’s elbow and then the lateral epicondylitis is going to be tennis elbow, so from all the back swings. I will open this up and show you what it’s like. So starting with the gentle one here. You use the grip here and you slide your wrist through and it’s a self-massage to help all the muscles and soft tissue below the elbow and then you can get above the elbow to get the bicep and tricep. You can use individual too to work out each muscle. You can get the extensor tendons on this side and you get the flexor muscles and tendons on this side. Again we have a softer and a more firm and there’s just a difference in the color. So you’re going to get a deeper stretch, deeper massage with this one and again you can work the wrist all the way up to the elbow and then above. So a lot of times we get pain again in the elbow and the muscles below and above can be what’s causing dysfunction.
