Save some time!
You can save precious time on your first appointment if you download our new patient form on this website and fill it in before you come in to the office. If you can’t, don’t worry, We have the forms for you in the office. Just be sure to arrive 15 minutes early to fill out the forms. Once the forms are completed, the doctor will see you. An initial consultation and a chiropractic examination will then be performed. This examination may include X-rays or an MRI if necessary. The doctor will discuss this with you and will make sure you are aware of the fees and procedures before we proceed. The doctor will examine your X-rays or MRIs if any were taken, discuss them with you and perform an adjustment or treatment if necessary. After your adjustment, the doctor will bring you to the front desk where they will schedule your next visit. During your followup visit we will explain what was found and what we recommend we do for you and how long it will take.
